Yümmy Tummy is a hidden gem that truly lives up to its name! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the friendly and smiling staff, whose warm hospitality set the tone for a fantastic meal.

The menu may be simple, but it’s executed perfectly. We indulged in the banana roti, which was not only delicious but also generously portioned—perfect for satisfying a big appetite. To complement the meal, we enjoyed their English breakfast alongside a cup of freshly brewed coffee and aromatic tea. Both drinks were rich in flavor, beautifully presented, and served with care.

Simple, delicious food. A really lovely family-run atmosphere, serving a great range of traditional dishes. Menu isn’t huge, everything is prepared fresh, and the service comes with the most gorgeous smile. We were recommended it by someone else, went for lunch; a mix of vegetable roti and curry & rice, all delicious, the roti mild and the selection of curries a bit more on the spicy side. There are plenty of restaurants in Weligama which offers western food but we wanted to taste the local cuisine! If you are looking for a calm place away from the hustle und bustle then Dinu’s place is he right restaurant. At Dinu‘s you can enjoy real sri lankan cuisine freshly prepared.
