MalinsBistro — Restaurant in Örnsköldsviks kommun

Food was mediocre; typical over use of mayonnaise sauces and sweetness. We ordered a variety of dishes including a tuna tartar dish (very little tuna), fried Mac-n-cheese croquettes, Parmesan fries, and mini burgers, and tacos. The tacos had some kind of sweet BBQ sauce in them and the tortillas were generic store bought. There seemed to be chopped pineapple in everything and the same kind of pickled onion in many of the dishes. I wish there were more complex flavors and/or thought put into variety of ingredients. I respect she is trying to make interesting food in an otherwise not very exciting food town, but...

Best Gambas Pil Pil in Sweden so far! Coazy atmosphere, interesting built menu if you want to try everything tapas style and really welcoming host. Must a visit if you are in Örnskoldvik. Greets...

Har precis varit här och ätit de godaste tapas vi har någonsin ätit!😍 mini burgare är absolut underbara, krispiga dirty fries har något otroligt gott sås och riktigt rostat lök (inte något färdigt alternativ som man hittar vanligtvis på varmkorvar), chèvre har så mjukt smak och krispigt kål som pålägg ❤️ himla goda efterrätter! Lugn atmosfär och najs musik. Hundar är välkomna, det var bra att veta även om vi hade inte vår sötnos med oss idag. Och sist men inte minst att allt det är drivet av en kvinna! You go...
