The first impression was very good especially I admired the view. We chose menu 2 and out of three courses, the main dish , it was cod and the dessert were very good. We were really disappointed with our second visit. It was a special light night and they simply couldn't cope with the service when the restaurant was full. We chose menu 3, and honestly the starter and the dessert didn't meet our expectations, the main dish was ok. A very disappointing restaurant! We came all the way from Stockholm to this restaurant. The location is very beautiful and you can see the lake from the windows in the restaurant. But the food was not worth the price we paid at all!!!. The plates big! but the food inside them is super small and unsatisfying. The food had no taste at all. Har tidigare besökt restaurangen och haft fantastiska upplevelset. Tyvärr var vårat senaste besök en besvikelse. Miljön och maten levde upp till våra förväntningar men för service och bemötandet fanns det stor potential till förbättringar. Att det saknas glas och bestick, serveringspersonalen inte känner till något om mat och dryck på menyn, all dryck från mousserande vin till öl serveras i samma sorts glas, förrätten serverades före att drycken kommit in kan man ha överseende med. (Man kan kanske kan ta hand om ny personal på bättre sätt?) Efter att vi ätit förrätten, som var helt okay, inväntade vi varmrätten, och vänta var vad vi fick göra. Borden runt om oss fick in rätt efter rätt men vi blev utan. Efter att väntat ca 40 minuter lyckades vi få kontakt med en servitris, den vi hade beställt av såg vi inte till, och fick frågan om vi ville se på dessert menyn? Nu började vi inse att något hade gått fel och vi blivit bortglömda. Vi önskade då att få prata med någon ansvarig. Någon form av ansvarig dök upp och började argumentera och skulle minsann gå och kolla diverse loggar och utchekningar, henne såg vi inte röken av mer. En enkel ursäkt hade nog löst det hela. Därefter fick vi in våra varmrätter som förutom att vissa fiskfileer var lite torra och såsen kall var helt okay. Så det kommer nog dröja innan vi åter kommer att besöka...
