Stopped for some brunch yesterday on our way to Fårö. We ordered one savory (skagenvåffla) and one sweet (svenkssommarvåffla) and a caffe latte. Tap water is not available. The base waffle is the same for both sweet and savory, so thar sweetness was a bit out of place mixed with the skagenröra. The skagenröra itself tasted amazing, though. Onto the dessert waffle, the apples were not a hit, not crunchy not soft, some weird texture in the middle, but the ice cream tasted like heaven and the strawberries were very tasty as well. Self service: you order and pay at the counter, they bring the food out, but you need to clean after yourself and take your plates to the dishwasher station. (This is pretty common in Sweden overall) The place looks very nice, and the people who have kids will have a place for them to play while they enjoy the food. Overall it was a nice experience. They were both cold and tasted like they had been thrown together from ingredients that had been prepared a few hours beforehand. We finnished enough to still our hunger and left the rest.
