Had a quick stop heading back to Visby and checked this place out. If you are in the area is just passing by, don’t make the same mistake as other might do by driving by. This place just happened to be one of the best burgers I’ve had and I’ve had quite a few. Very affordable as well. Just go here, get their signature burger and thank me later.

Ordered the Laakso burger to go, very good! You can order online and then pick it up, or order directly at the food truck. There are some picknick tables beside the food truck, and parking right in front.

Tyvärr en riktig besvikelse med tanke på de höga betygen. Maten beställs via en QR-kod som sitter på foodtrucken och både halloumibugaren samt glutenfritt bröd var slut. Vi beställde varsin laaksoburgarmeny och på något sätt var både burgarna och pommes ljumna när vi började äta, trots att det inte var någon kö. Köttet var något torrt och smaklöst, fräscht med toppings men tyvärr ingen höjdare då köttet drog ner helhetsintrycket. Ljummen pommes med mangoraja var faktiskt höjdpunkten… det säger ett och annat om burgaren. Jag kan dessvärre inte rekommendera Laakso.

Ordered the Laakso burger to go, very good! You can order online and then pick it up, or order directly at the food truck. There are some picknick tables beside the food truck, and parking right in front.

A heavenly burger! Laakso is definitely worth a visit when in Visby. The owner is considerate and delivers excellent service.

I had the beef burger with bacon. It’s probably the best I’ve ever had and the same sentiments were shared by my boyfriend who had the Halloumi burger. The ingredients and flavours work so well together.
