The resturant is very empty and feels quite dead and sometimes the staff just disappears and customers are left to wait for 5min without any kind of answer

But other than that the staff are okay and are just doing their job.

The food was very mediocre as the burger felt strangely watery as I had a small pool of water and the burger was loaded with too much mayo so the burger tasted mostly mayonnaise. But the worst thing was the churros. They felt incredibly gummy like when you bit in to them and didn't taste that pleasant either

Tråkigt bemötande, inte speciellt mycket servicekänsla. Fick stå och vänta 10min innan någon kom ( trots inga andra i kö och ett bord med folk som åt) och när det väl kommer en personal så är det man mötes av ett "ja?". En av målen var tydligen slut, men det som är på målet är 90g burgare och andra alternativ med 90g burgare fanns. Och väldigt tråkig ton gällande att informera om att det var "slut" .
