Bistro Café Lugnet — Restaurant in Halmstads kommun

In outskirts of Halmstad this grand twentieth century gingerbread-house accommodates this coffee/restaurant. Contemporary, cozy but a little cramped when the tables fill up with visitors.

This place has obviously its fortune in location, situated 100 meters to the water in Laholms-bay.

65 sek for a slice of Dark choco-cake with a little cream on the side made me ask for a bigger slice. My wish was granted.

When the weather allows you willingly want to be sitting outside.

We made our own space in the private backyard seeking the sun. We were allowed this one time.

Ett trevligt och mysigt ställe att äta på. Vi hade bokat bord för brunch och det smakade mycket gott, det märks att det är fina råvaror som det är tillagat med. Miljön där man sitter är inte så stort så när alla sitter vid sina bord kan det bli en del sorl av allt prat men det är inget som stör så mycket, på sommaren finns det möjligheter att sitta ute. Service vänlig personal som gör allt för att gästerna ska trivas. Ett trevligt ställe som man gärna vill återkomma till och då få njuta av något...
