This McDonald’s was a huge disappointment. Even though the restaurant was nearly empty and there were only two of us, we had to wait almost 10 minutes for our food. That would have been tolerable, but the real problem came when our order was delivered – the employee spilled Coca-Cola directly onto our fries and burgers, didn’t apologize, laughed, placed the tray down, and walked away without a word.
The food quality was terrible. The Filet-O-Fish we ordered looked and tasted like it had been sitting for several hours. I have never had such a dry and disgusting fish at McDonald’s before.
Cleanliness? A complete disaster. Every table was dirty, there were food scraps and uncollected trays all over the floor. The trash station was in a deplorable state – filthy, damaged, and with overflowing bins.
Our decision to visit the restroom was another mistake. Out of three toilets, one was out of order, the second had a broken door handle, and the third smelled so horrible it was nauseating.
With a clear conscience, I can say this is the worst McDonald’s I have ever visited, including locations in Norway, Sweden, Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary. Absolutely not...

Orders are wrong so frequently that it no longer feels like bad luck - it feels like routine.
You have to double-check every single detail, every time. It doesn't matter if you order in person, through the app, or via the drive-thru - something is almost always wrong: a missing burger, the wrong drink, incorrect fries, no dip. Or my personal favorite - Chili Cheese bites instead of nuggets in a Happy Meal. It's a miracle the bags contain anything at all sometimes.
And the Happy Meal? You can't even count on the toy anymore. Even though you actively select it as an add-on - and are charged for it - it's often missing when the food is handed over. When you ask about it, you're told that "a lot of people buy toys" - as if that were an unexpected occurrence. The idea that maybe it's time to order more doesn't seem...
