I have visited both Kista and Jordbro and they are equal, as it's the same food. Kista was first hard to find as it's in the middle of Swedens "silicon valley".

Tucked away in the middle of an industrial estate lies a sensational American BBQ joint. If you love BBQ or if you just love great food, you need to come here.

Due to a large booking before I arrived the brisket and ribs ran out unfortunately. But this is ok because the pork belly and pulled pork were phenomenal. The pork belly in particular was succulent and just god damn awesome. I really enjoyed the rub flavour which was a bit smokey and aromatic. I got the sandwich option which comes with pickles and you get a choice of a side dish. The Mac and cheese was flavoured with curry, was moreish and did not disappoint.

Hidden away gems like this is what I live for. The place is basically in a massive shed and has a simple and edgy decor, with a minimal menu. That's all I want.

I already had a reason to come back - because it's so bloody good, but next time - pork ribs and brisket...

What a great Texas Barbecue place. Cheap and cheerful premises with disposable plates and cutlery. Parking for about 8 large cars on site, and a few motorcycles can squeeze in also. It was fairly busy, but the speed of service (almost instant) and the turnover of customers in and out was quick enough that i didn't see anyone disappointed for a seat at a table with their friends or family. Easy access for a wheel chair through the open double barn door, but a very high lintel of about 15cm on the small entrance door to the left. The food was good without exception, and very tasty.
