MAX — Restaurant in Huddinge kommun

This review is for Max on Masmovägen Worst Max place ever, will not come back. The staff got the order wrong, missed parts of our order and ingredients in the burger,they said it was ready when it wasn't and generally had no clue. They also never apologised for this to us or other customers, we sat by the counter so we easily overheard. They were clearly stressed, even though the low numbers of guests in the restaurant. The toilet was also really disgusting, smelling of urine and several small flies sitting on the walls. The burgers tasted as usual, but every other Max is better. Stay away, there are plenty of...

We were visiting family in Stockholm from the US and stopped at this MAX location. Unfortunately, the experience was awful. As visitors unfamiliar with the menu, we asked simple questions (like which sauces they offer) and were met with eye-rolling and “we have too many, how are we supposed to tell you all of them?!” Shockingly rude, especially for first-time customers. On top of that, the food was beyond bland and underwhelming.

Definitely not the welcoming experience...

Far better tasting burgers than McDonald's but I'm not really happy with the taste of the patties. Also there was a queue for the ordering touch screens. The point of having touch screens is to eliminate ordering queues! More screens, put them outside, it's more corona safe. Also, their ordering touch screens are far better...
