The food was actually a little bit bitter than 3 stars, maybe 3,5. But, the service and the staffs way of handling situations was below 1 star. We sat in the corner of the restaurant and I told them this, because we couldn't se the screen where the put up your number when the food was ready, so I asked them if we sit there, could you please let us know when the food is ready. And there where only 2 tables occupied, so no rush our. After a while I go up and ask, what about our food, then it had been standing on the counter for a period of time, so the bred on the burger was cold, yeah really, and the fries also. So I was like, this is not ok, the reaction from the staff was, that it was not there problem that we couldn't se or hear anything from the corner. I'm sorry, in their restaurant and in their corner? I forced them to make us new food, and I stod there watching them make it. And I was told that I was not welcome there anymore. Well, I am surely not interested in revisiting...

We went here today to taste the burgers. Visually they looked perfect. We ordered an extra 90g of meat on both burgers and chips with jalapenos, onion and cheese. I found the burger meat quite salty unfortunately BUT I still managed to enjoy it. The meat is the dominant taste which is quite a change from the other fast food places. That's how burgers should be. Staff: not much of an interaction is going on there between customers and staff, at least from what we observed. The staff did not look overworked or stressed. Rather they looked relaxed, having fun. This is what was different from other food chains too. I didn't feel like depressed robots made my food! Pricing is quite high but you get proper meat and other ingredients, all from Sweden and fresh. It has been two hours since we've eaten and I'm still full from 1 burger and half fries. All in all a great visit! Just don't be so heavy on the salt in...

I feel so sad for the staff, they don’t remember customers, they don’t know how to do food. They forget orders and what’s in the order. They have no face recognition. When I was there I wanted to help them and fix the situation. They need a leadership in this place so the food can taste good and the staff don’t mess up!
