McDonald's — Restaurant in Karlstads kommun

Well, that was epically poor performance in every way. I understand it can be busy but my God! Just pure chaos. 30+minutes to get 2 hamburgers and coffee. My order number simply disappeared instead of being called. So went to ask. They were out of coffee. So she gave me my burgers which were now completely cold. Additionally Mc Feast was really badly put together and most of the sauce was outside the burger. My triple cheese had pickles in it despite ordering without, receipt confirmed she heard me correct when I ordered. Finnished my burgers and no coffee. Went to try and ask but could not get anyones attention as they were just running in circles with lots of customers trying to find out what or where was their order. Food and stuff everywhere in the kitchen, uncleaned tables, trash bin bursting with stuff. Didn't see one smile, please, thank you, sorry, etc in the entire 40mins it took to get out. Only customers grinding their teeth. This place is sorely lacking any leadership it is shows. Won't be stopping here...

Legitimately the worst McDonald's I've ever been to, and I have been to McD's in many countries around the world. Literally every time I have gone to this location they have gotten my order wrong, I am beginning to think that they actually take pride in purposely messing up people's drive-thru orders. The only reason that I have continued going here is because it is nearby and convenient and my kids enjoy happy meals as a treat every once in a while. Great 24 hrs McDonald’s with an available electric plug. Arrived there around 3 am as I was waiting my bus to depart, and saw how this place is a popular destination among youngsters after partying to eat something before going home.
