La Bella Krog — Restaurant in Malmö kommun

I went for some lunch at this restraunt as I was working close by and asked for a large bacon burger meal. When my food was ready I looked at my plate and there was barely any fries on the plate, I could almost count how many there was on both hands, so I asked for some more which the chef reluctantly gave me even though I ordered large. I went to sit down and continue to eat my meal and then I took one bite from my burger and it seemed strange so I opened the bun to look inside and there was no bacon to be seen, instead there was kalkon or turkey instead of bacon...I went up again to complain as I was under the impression I had ordered and paid for a bacon burger which wasn't the case. The restaurant owner tried to argue with my over the fact it was "turkey bacon" lol. I was hungry and rather annoyed by this point and didn't have much time left of my lunch break so just ate the food I was given. My problem is the principle of the situation, being lied to directly and making up stupid excuses why he served cold turkey peices instead of cooked bacon which was advertised on the menu. The owner even said that the locals prefer kalkon instead of real bacon as it's too fatty. If that's the case then change your menu and put kalkon (turkey) bacon burger instead, don't trick paying customers into thinking they are buying something else. Bacon is bacon at the end of the day. The cherry on the cake was once I finished my meal I needed to use the toilet before leaving, unfortunately it was extremely dirty and unclean. Nice food in general, great atmosphere. Staff did not really follow up how everything tasted even though a bit of a slow night. Menu is a bit scattered with no clear specitlies, which you notice on the food (not necessarily bad, but it's missing that little extra). Prices is a bit high for what you get in terms of quality. Overall it's a nice place to try our either way, would still recommend to test it out and make up...
