Lousy service. Waited for ten minutes without water and an explanation that we had to use an app to order. Family night out, and they want phones to be used! Cold food like a Saturdays lunch after a Friday BBQ. What a waste of money and time. Obviously, they have no idea what a Philly cheasesteak sandwich actually is. Or the definition of cheese. Never once came by to see how we were doing or if we needed anything. The owner spent the whole time talking with a group of ten whom he knew. Only spoke to us as we put on our coats. Guess he was not interested in other repeat business. Thoroughly disappointing. The worst restaurant and birthday experience we have ever had, and we have been to...

The food was perfect and the service was outstandingly nice and patient. My Family and I had two Cheeseburgers, one standard Burger and a smoked salmon salad and we all loved it. As a non-swedish tourist, talking in english was no problem at all, it's the opposite, I had a good time chatting with the staff, while also being provided with lots of information about the ingredients.
