Joy Sushi Nybro — Restaurant in Nybro kommun

Very nice sushi for being in such a small town.

Tried their lunch options for takeaway and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. We tried both the sushi and yakitori, and both were very good and flavourful.

Complementary, you also get some miso soup with different toppings. That also tasted good and made the restaurant a bit special from other sushi restaurants in Sweden.

Location wise, the restaurant can be a bit hard to find if you're not accustomed to Nybro. Since it's in a street with several buildings and street parking that can block the view of the restaurant. Parking can also be a big problem depending on the time of day, so be mindful of that.

Inside of the restaurant looks newly renovated and everything is very fresh from the first impressions. You have a few tables, so it's also possible to dine there.

I klassen lunchsushi är det här med i toppen av de ställen jag varit på. De slår väl över sin viktklass. Jag provade sushi och sashimi när jag var nere på jobb i helgen. Fisken är perfekt skuren. Riset i sushin är precis rätt kokat och mängden risvinäger är perfekt avvägd. Uppläggningen är väldigt vacker. De är också otroligt trevliga.
