10-09-25 After seeing a lovely fish and chips on an internet picture from this restaurant my choice was made. As it turned out, my fish was small, dry and “rubbery” something I have never experienced in my 69 years. I complained and was offered something else but I chose not too. When the waitress presented the bill I asked if I was being charged for it, she said Yes! I asked her to reconsider this which she did. In the end, the fish was not charged for. Once home we decided to investigate the cause and this is what we found. When fish is cooked at too high a temperature for too long, the cell membranes in the flesh are destroyed, causing the fish to release liquid and become dry. The same happens if frozen fish is thawed too quickly. This also destroys the cell membranes letting the moisture escape, leaving a dry and rubbery fish. I've been here two times, the first one was a Monday evening at 19:30 but the kitchen was already closed so I decided to come back a second time . I took a pot with salmon and shrimp cooked on a base of tomato sauce, it was really good!!! Service was perfect! I did not give 5 stars because the desserts side of menu was in Swedish and the dessert that I choose was composed just by 3 little balls of different kind of chocolates. This place is a fantastic place to go to if you have the money for a little more expensive night. The food costs 20-40€ and the drinks, beers and wines goes average around 10€. The place has a quite high noise level, and the music at the night club is really loud, so it's not that cozy. The servers were really nice and good. The food tasted amazing, which it should for the price. The seating was also really good with much room between tables. Alltogether, a really good resturant/club to have a friends...
