The food was also completely fine, but for being marketed as a "italian pearl" and using a "30 year old recipe" for their pasta, it's a bit astonishing that they use so much cream as they do. I ordered the pasta-dish called verde. Half of the take-away container was filled with cream. It was so much cream that I began to feel heavy and full when only have eaten half of the meal... The amount of cream also had a negative effect on the whole taste of the meal.
So long story short; if they didn't put so much cream in their pasta dishes, it would have tasted more and I would've been full after eating up the whole meal instead of just...
   Read moreUnexpectedly large café/restaurant. We were there at lunch, a sort of pan sourdough bread pizza with excellent toppings (tried tuna and formaggio). Included was salad, bread, iced water and coffee.
Pizza tasted excellent. Very crispy dough and generous toppings. Service size was generous, we were offered take-away packaging to be able to bring left overs home.
Service was kind and thoughtful. Social distancing was in place and practiced, as well as an abundance of hand sanitizer and cleaning...
   Read moreDidn't know what to expect but was very pleasantly surprised. I took the salami pizza and it was very delightful. The bread is very fluffy and light. The tomato sauce is tasteful but not dominating. The crust is crunchy and crisp. All the toppings have their own flavour and isn't the traditional "bakis pizza". A little more pricey than a regular pizzeria, but then again its above one as well. Will certainly visit again to try the nutella pizza that looked...
