Korma, derived from Kurma/Gurmeh - comes from the Indo-Persian kitchens where the gravies have been perfected over centuries by the dum pukth technique. The delicate interplay of high quality fine ingredients which are introduced in a timely manner either before or after the introduction of meat adds to the taste and aroma of the dish. Anmol's korma was a total disappointment not only at the first sight but also at the first bite. Please reassess your meats and your ingredients and also the cooking technique. Ordered Paya and Nihari (their signature dish). Too oily, patients sufferinh from cholesterol, blood pressure and diabetes keep yourself away from those. Buffet fill up is verry slow. Had to wait long for poori and tandoori bread. Had tea (probably name was kashmiri chai) also, I would rather classify it as a dessert instead. Atmosphere was good. Staffs are friendly. They also sell indian and pakistani sweet. It seemed their main focus is on the sweet section rather than...
