Very nice staff and decent food. But what is happening regarding the allergies ? I asked about lactose and was offered to review the ingredients from the kitchen including the raw chicken ?! The poor waiter was telling me that if I have an allergy/intolerance I have to review all the ingredients from my dish and to agree to be served otherwise they could be fined. As a customer, I cannot verify / check how to meal in made by your cooks or the hygiene of kitchen, therefore you are still responsible for what you are serving regardless of the review of the ingredients. Instead of stressing your staff and make your customer check raw chicken I suggest you update your menu with allergies markers and train your staff on what to say on...

Prices during the weekend make the place not worth to visit. 125 sek for a single thin bun with a slice of greasy meat, drink and fries are not included. Coke is extra 34, fries 39, mayo 26. Then you're getting a simple set for 229 sek. It's definitely not worth the price. I asked if they have removed sets from the menu, the guy didn't know and was not interested. I think sets are available only for lunch time during week days?

Since I remember the floor has been dirty and sticky, I cannot understand why they can't wipe it from time to time. I hope they care more about the cleanliness in the kitchen.

Hyfsat stor, trevlig och fräsch lokal, var första intrycket. När vi kom in för att snabbt käka lite tog det lite tid och personalen frågade om bordsbokning, var sedan väldans tyst medan en av dem bekymrat tänkte en stund innan hen tittade igenom borden på datorterminalen. Det såg relativt obokat ut där och hela restaurangen var tom. Vi sade att vi tänkte äta på runt 40 min. Efter lite grubblande satte de oss runt hörnet i den trängre delen av stället och tog beställningen. Vi kände oss vid det här laget trots trevlig personal inte direkt jättevälkomna pga det initialt tysta mottagandet.

Det kom in ett par till som också hamnade i vår del, samt några som verkade ha beställt avhämtning. I övrigt var det öde. Maten kom efter ungefär en kvart, två i sällskapet fick varandras burgare vilket upptäcktes först sedan de huggit in på maten och en av dippsåserna saknades. Ingen kom med dippen, så vi fick påminna om den. Den kom sedan snabbt, lika snabbt som notan när vi efterfrågade den.

Maten i sig var helt okej, dubbla smashade köttpuckar, lite grönt, chili och dressing. Saftig burgare. Översaltad pommes. Schysst drag i dippen dock. Är lite purken över att de började duka av bordet medan vi fortfarande var kvar vid bordet. Det innebar att jag inte fick dricka upp det sista av min dryck.

877 spänn fattigare kunde det konstateras att stället är lite ojämnt. Vad jag förstår är det nyöppnat och man har inte kört in sig helt i rutinerna än. Det märks verkligen. Förhoppningsvis kommer det med tiden att bli bättre. Intrycket nu...
