Bredängs Grill — Restaurant in Stockholm

Hello dear Readers, Me and my friend tried a "Kebab med Bröd", as you would call it in Germany we call the product you were trying to make a Döner. But i think i am trying to insult my 2% turkish DNA, when im calling this disaster so. The things we want to critisize are that the product we ordered isn't exactly what came. We ordered with the usual words: "Döner mit alles, bitte". What we didn't expect to get, was firstly a few Peperonis within the "Kebab med Bröd", but that we could have lived with. The bigger problem came when the product also came with a fork. This unexpected supplement was also critisized by our expert for todays artical (Enis Trimelli). He wrote: "Welcher Schw**z packt ne Gabel in nen Döner, ist der irgendwie geistig behin...". Our expert can be called that, because he is well rounded and turkish. Lets come to the biggest point of critisism, which is the "Bröd", what as soon as we started eating disintergrated not even in its single atoms but even breaking the laws of quantum physics and decomposing in every single electron, proton and neutron. So we basically only ate the flesh, which was ok, but not good and the sauce with consisted out of a lame and basic white sauce and tomato sauce. To that our expert had to say: "Tomatensauce? Ist des ne Pizza oder was". Which i couldn't agree more with. In addition: The salad was decent, but normally i would expect some type of cabbage in a "Döner". The raw tomatos and the onions where just usual, so nothing to critisize there. In conclusion, i think no one expects me to recommand this place, but the staff was nice, they just had no idea of how to make the product they...

En fantastisk liten kändistät pärla i förorten! Bredängs Grill må se ut som ett litet klassiskt gatukök, men här inne döljer sig en makalöst god kebab. Själv tar jag alltid chansen att njuta av deras Kebab i Franska. En stor fluffig fransk bulle som ogenerat suger i sig av de dylika safterna av kebabskav, röd och vit sås. Hela skapelsen är stor med rikligt av både isbergssallad och kebab. Vitlökssåsen har bra smak och det är nog inte vettigt att ha viktigt möten efter att njutit av den. Jag hade önskat lite mer umpf i den starka såsen. Möjligen kanske man kan be om den speciellt?!? Tål att upptäckas i framtiden.

Utöver kebab i olika former serveras här även klassiker som hamburgare och tunnbrödsrulle. Personalen har varit med i alla år jag kan tänka mig och jobbar fortfarande med samma passion som förr. Fantastiskt!

Lokalen i sig är av den klassiska anrika gatuköks blå varianten. Innanför täcks väggarna ovanför fönsterna av svartvita bilder kändisar såsom Clint Eastwood och Marlon Brando... och Bredängs sonen Ison Glasgow från Ison och Fille. När jag sedan kliver ut från Bredängs Grill kommer ingen annan än Ison själv vandrandes över Bredängstorget. Det kallar jag...
