Matkafé Mätarhuset — Restaurant in Stockholm

We enjoyed a great breakfast here in the cafe with some delicious eggs Benedict, one with salmon and one with bacon. Both were delightful. The cafe decor and architecture featured some of the old industrial pieces that marked the location and nearby buildings as a gas supply, with plenty of pipes and pressure gauges. The only downside is the room can be quite loud, which was not pleasant this particular visit with several toddlers...

Amazing place, really friendly staff, food is AWESOME and the place feels really cozy. The milkshakes were AMAZING and the food was all really nice.

And they don't try and make you buy more too. When we asked the waiter if the amount of food we ordered would be enough, he didn't try to convince us to get more; he gave us actually good advice and we got a nice portion of food each 1000/10, 100%...

Really nice lunch place in Hjorthagen. Got the supersallad, which was yummy and healthy. Service was great as well - got the tap water delivered to the table here, which almost never happens at a more casual place in Stockholm.
