Went for the brunch, which was a buffet. It was not super obvious that it was a buffet on their website, only hints were that there was no brunch menu and a fixed price.
Brunch itself was a mix between Christmas buffet and breakfast buffet, with dry smoked salmon and dry American pancakes. Some things were a lot better taste wise however, like the croquettes. But in general a rather low quality on the foods, definitely worth the price. Price was also different in person compared to what was advertised on their site.
The atmosphere was also mixed. The castle itself was great, and the terrace had nice seatings and a beautiful view. The castle is, not surprisingly, very historical and they've kept a lot of details on the lower floor. The dining area itself, while pretty, was dark and very very loud when fully seated. There was nothing to stop the sound from echoing, which made it hard to converse.
One lounge room was however gorgeous with beautiful natural lighting, lots of plants and not as loud, great for a fika or a glass of champagne.

I had Easter brunch buffet (Påskbrunch) with my family, it was OK, but definitely shortage of staff. I felt sorry for everyone who worked in the restaurant, as the restaurant was extremely overbooked during Påsk.
Food: Perfect for vegetarian! 4 to 5 different kinds of salads, which are all very tasty. Not much options for protein, full with typical buffet food - sausage, egg, ham, bacon and meatballs. Dessert is ok, cookies, morotskaka, brownies, chocolate balls, etc.
Service: All the staff are running all the time next to our table as the restaurant was overbooked. Waited 10 minutes before getting in because there wasn't anyone in the reception. (Empty reception and no one else wants to help the poor manager)
Environment: Very crowed, noisy, and loud. I don't think the restaurant has the capacity to serve so many people. 🤔
Conclusion: OK, but not recommended...
