Pont — Restaurant in Täby kommun

This is a nice restaurant with amazing food but gosh this is one of the worst services i have experienced in a Swedish restaurant. You could see the waitress was not in a good mood or energy. She got our starter order wrong and didn't even admit to it and we just ate it so as not to be fussy. Then we could see customers trying to get the attention of the waiters to order but they were sitting on the bar and backing the customers. what a shame. and on the waitresses on the bar was eating. Also forgot drink orders on our table. Completely unacceptable. How do you want to fill up this restaurant with this kind of service. You want customers to spend money at your restaurant but no care for how they are taken care off. Please please improves the...

UPDATE Just a few years ago, Pont was good. Good food and great service. Not so any longer. Pros: Food is decent., but nothing special. Price exceeds the quality and taste, not so good value for money. The view us nuce. Cons: A bit off with limited parking space. Service has become less good. Example is that we arrived one evening, more than an hour before closing, and they refused to serve anything but two dishes ftom the menu. Obviously, they did not care about their guests, only about not having to put in work.

This is one of our favourite restaurants. The location is fantastic besides the beautiful lake. The restaurant itself is very spacious and airy. During summer and warmer autumn days the outside space is wonderful. The service is good and the staff is very friendly. The food is well prepared, beautifully served and delicious. The salad buffet offers a great variety of greens, beans and olives. Coffee and mini brownies are included in the lunch menu. The lunch of the day has a choice of fish, meat/chicken and vegetarian.
