Dear Store keeper and public, We went to the store on 2nd july 9 pm and ordered burgers through the menu available on screen. Paid for the bill and waited. Meanwhile, an employee of the store said that when every other customer can see what we have printed out near the screen that burgers have been sold out, why can't you see. As if that all their customers are intelligent and we are stupid, he continued ADVICES. It was very humiliating and rude handling. After he said, we saw that there was a printout in a small piece of paper in black and white written in swedish. We used the colorfull big English screen menu on screen, and are we not supposed to order without careful inspection of all prinouts in pieces of paper? Even if we have ordered, the mistake is done by the store to accept our order through the system. We are not bothered about whose mistake it was. It's not big. But We wanted to be treated as human. The store employee treated us so badly. Please don't continue this bad attitude....

Your mind goes blank at the site of all this orange plastic and I wonder if the meal will come with a paper bag? Only one guy was serving and obviously had little time to fully cope and forgot to smile, I simply felt sad for him. I asked for a Whopper and got one after 20 mins that didn't reflect the menu of course. The milkshake was runny and not cold and the porshion of chips were very few. They were hot though and here I was lucky. I was actually thinking about asking for a few more, yet could see he was just too stressed. Read moreI have been here probably around ten times, if not more, and I genuinely don't understand why I bother to go back. It's probably only because it's close by. Now, whether or not you choose the drive through, service is ALWAYS slow. So painfully slow. And if you have a baby in the car that cries whenever you've been standing still for too long, it feels like eternity. They are often out of stock of certain foods. And more often than not, my food has been tepid at best. Bread dry/stale, chips like warm and beef room temperature (which means the cheese has not melted at all). It feels generous giving them 2 stars, but I suppose the staff does have an above average level of customer service. I reckon it's the management that needs...
