The clever name, Två Fratelli, says it all: a wonderful fusion of Italian food and Swedish ingredients (one half expects their next restaurant to be Due Bröder, a Swedish restaurant with Italian ingredients, but I digress). Easily a top 3 restaurant in Uppsala. Best Italian in town (and that's before even considering the traditional swedish fusion they do), and very very worth the trip.

We ate here yesterday in the late afternoon. The food was great, and the staff was super friendly. They were all really proud and excited as the restaurant has just opened. We enjoyed talking to them and learning more about the area and their backgrounds....
