Siggesta restaurang — Restaurant in Värmdö kommun

We came to celebrate Christmas eve at Siggesta Gård and, frankly, we were disappointed.

The hotel did very little effort on creating a Christmas environment; there was any other activity except from offering lunch and dinner. Not glögg, not kalleankan, even the activity room was closed which could have perfectly been used to entertaining kids during the dinner. And while the reception had many coaches for a cozy time, they were replaced with table to serve more customers.

And, although we booked this event almost 8 months in advanced, our room requirements were completely ignored. I understand the hotel needs to fulfilled other bigger clients, but they could have informed us in advance (especially if they called us to confirm our reservation). Instead, they just kept it quiet and expected to alleviate the situation by repeating "Jag förstår, jag förstår..."
