We visited Bab Tuma restaurant and really enjoyed the authentic Syrian atmosphere. The appetizers like mtabal, fatoush, and yalanji were fresh and tasty. The lahm ajeen was especially great – full of flavor and perfectly baked. The restaurant is very clean, spacious, kid-friendly, and has plenty of parking, which we appreciated.
However, the shawarma (both chicken and beef) didn’t meet our expectations – the vinegar and sour taste were too strong, they were saggy as well. The grilled chicken was unfortunately very dry and had an unpleasant smell.
