Max Burgers — Restaurant in Västerås kommun

This used to be our favorite MAX restaurant in Västerås, but as of lately the quality of service is subpar compared to other fast food joints. Tables and surfaces are greasy, seats smell of dryed ketchup, floor is sticky... So I just take drive-through instead but even here I am misspleased. No straw for drink in bag, no ketchup, no paper. I ordered kid's meal with toy, no toy in bag. This is the 3rd time this happens. I will not come back here after today. I wonder what happened since only less than a year ago it was the complete...

It has been ten years since I have been to max, but I had good memories of it. Unfortunately this Max in Västerås was not a happy trip down memory lane. The burgers are still good and tasty, but the surroundings clearly need a redo. You get an overall shabby feeling. Som man kan förvänta sig av Max. Varken bättre eller sämre. Burgare och liknande utbud på menyn. DriveThru finns. Toalett (även handikapp) finns. Ett litet minus är handikapparkeringen. Den finns men ligger lite dumt till om man kommer med ett lite större fordon. Ligger precis efter en sväng så kan kommer lätt in snett och behöver trixa lite. När man väl har parkerat så upptäcker man att bilen man precis parkerat blockerar närmsta vägen in i restaurangen så man får gå runt på parkeringen eller hoppa över en mur (vilket alla gärna gör med rullstol). Mitt tips till ägarna är att flytta parkeringsrutan eller öppningen i muren ett steg i sidled. Ett annat litet minus ä höjden på beställningsautomaterna.
