Am Samstag vor Ostern gab es ein dreigängiges Paskmenu. Als Vorspeise eine Scheibe dänisches Schwarzbrot mit gehacktem, gewürztem Ei. Schmackhaft aber leider etwas lieblos ohne Dekoration gereicht. Als Hauptgang gab es Lammkare' mit gewürzter Kürbiscreme, Rote Beete-Stückchen und Röstkartoffeln. Schön angerichtet und sehr lecker. Leider nicht sättigend von der Menge her. Zum Nachtisch gab es ein Rhabarbermus mit Creme und gerösteten Mandel Scheiben. Kaffee und Wasser waren in dem Preis von 340 kr Inklusive.
