Gasthaus Walserstuba — Restaurant in Avers

I can strongly recommend Walserstube for anyone visiting this remote Swiss valley. Together with climbing friends we spent four nights at this lovely Gasthaus. The food was just fantastic, simple but made with great ingredients. And hot plates, that's the mark of a professional chef! Small but clean and proper rooms. Shared shower, also clean. Sehr freundliche, zuvorkommende und interessante Gastgeber! Dass Essen ist sehr gut. Es wird mit viel Leidenschaft gekocht und es hat tolle regionale Gerichte/Produkte auf der Karte zu sehr fairen Preisen. Da die Gastgeber aber auch lange Zeit in Lateinamerika gelebt haben, gibt es auch Südamerikanische Gerichte und gute Drinks wie beispielsweise einen pisco sour.
