Attended a dinner meeting with about 30+ guests, they reserved the entire second floor. The set up was nice and elegant looking with good color coordination of the table cloths. It was spacious and there was even a balcony with a nice view of the surrounding and the warm evening glow of the setting sun was just on point. The entire room seemed like it could hold up to 50+ people and looks to have good lighting, especially during the daytime. We had a full dinner course consisting of an entrée, main course and dessert, which was chosen from a menu set. For the entrée it was salad with either French or Italian dressing + bread, main course was bolognese pasta or Fungi pasta for vegetarians, dessert was a wide selection of sherbets. I had salad with French dressing, bolognese pasta and pistachio and vanilla sherbets. Salad was good. The pasta was delicious and still warm when served, though maybe a little bit oily. The sherbets were great. The service of our waiters were great too, they were attentive, friendly and polite. Tried their best to serve everyone and everything on time, considering that they had to go up and down the stairs. I would definitely recommend this place for people who want to plan a group dinner party or something of that sort. Cost wise it isn’t so expensive in comparison to other Swiss restaurants.

Die Bedienung am Tisch 6 war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war im Geschmack gut. Beim Preis Leistung Bedenklich. Meine Frau hatte Risotto mit verschiedenen Pilzen doch war nur Champignons drin obwohl es auf der Karte mit verschiedenen Pilzen angeschrieben war. Ich hatte das Rinderfilet auf dem heissenstein,mit Gemüse und pommes und 3 verschiedenen Saucen, Knoblauch, cocktail mit chili und Kräuterbutter alle nicht hausgemacht. Sehr schade Gemüse war zum Teil frisch und aus dem Tiefkühltruhe (Karotten). Für den Preis Bedenklich. Das Rinderfilet war allerdings Sehr gut und von guter Qualität.

Frumpy little restaurant. The food is edible, but not super-special. The restrooms are clean, as far as I can remember. The staff is quite friendly. Drinks and veg/non-veg dishes available.

Das Essen war sehr fein, das Personal freundlich und es sind ordentliche Portionen, die man schon allein des Geschmackes wegen weiter in sich hineinstopfen will, egal wie satt man schon ist. Ich wusste nicht einmal, dass es überhaupt möglich ist, so gute Pommes zu machen! 🤤 Ob mit Freunden oder Familie, ich kann das Restaurant Hard mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen! Freue mich selbst schon auf den nächsten Besuch, werde aber wahrscheinlich eine kleine Portion erbitten müssen. 😀
