What was meant to be a special 25th anniversary dinner turned into a test of patience. We chose this restaurant for its glowing reviews—what could go wrong? Turns out, quite a bit. The garden is lovely, the atmosphere cozy, the staff (a very kind lady, possibly the owner) warm and welcoming, and the food beautifully plated. But get armed with patience! After a great cocktail, we sat for 52 minutes before receiving our entrée— cold soup and dry bread - estimate 5 min to prepare. Any attempts to get the staff’s attention were futile, avoiding eye contact. 1 hour and 45 minutes in, the smell of frying fish finally reached our table - our fish filet is in the frying pan now. We were hangry and headachey. 15 min later an over-salted fish with acidic sauce, and meat that was supposed to be slow-cooked but came out dry and fatty. Dessert? We skipped it. Amazing, delicious, this is haute cuisine as good as I've ever experienced it anywhere else and it's tucked away 15 minutes from where I live, fantastic 😊 Every single dish was surprising, creative, packed with flavour and satisfaction, and exquisitely presented. From the earthy savoury vegetarian flavours of the amuse bouche through to the most delicious tartare I've ever eaten, into an intensely flavoursome chicken dish, into a steak and foie gras dish, then onto a wonderful cheese platter and a very interesting dessert concept and some lovely little chocolates to finish, all washed down with some of the best champers I've had in years, this was a birthday treat in...

Le restaurant gastronomique est une véritable découverte culinaire. Le chef Cyril Freudiger nous a émerveillés avec son menu surprise, mettant en avant des produits du terroir et des saveurs uniques. Chaque plat était une explosion de goûts et de textures, démontrant une maîtrise parfaite de la cuisine. La passion de Nadège pour l'œnologie a également ajouté une dimension supplémentaire à notre repas, avec des conseils avisés pour accompagner chaque plat avec le vin idéal.
