La Tour de Gourze is an old communications tower used to connect different parts of the canton of Vaud. It's also a traditional Swiss restaurant, run by the same family since ages, serving you fondues, rösti mit Schinken und Spiegeleier and meringues with double cream for a very modest sum of money.
