Wir hatten uns sehr auf zwei Nächte in den Bergen und auch auf die vielgerühmte Aussicht im „Miravalle“ gefreut. Das Zimmer hatte dann allerdings kein Fenster und durch die Scheibe in der Türe konnten wir nur das Festzelt gegenüber sehen. Die Gastgeberin wollte uns zwar mit dem Preis etwas entgegenkommen, wir folgten dann aber ihrer Empfehlung, uns abends um sieben mit unseren beiden Kindern eine andere Unterkunft zu suchen.

Wir waren in der Gegend und sind hier gelandet. Bei wunderbarer Aussicht konnten wir ein gutes Wildessen geniessen. Der Pfeffer kommt sogar aus dem Val Poschiavo selber. Die Desserts kann man in gross oder klein haben und beim Amarenacoup wird nicht gespart mit den Kirschen, was uns sehr gefreut hat.

Wir sind sehr oft in Le Prese und haben dieses Restaurant ausprobiert. Es war hervorragend. Absolut authentisch und einfach nur köstlich. Service war auch top. Wir haben und super wohl gefühlt und genial gegessen.

Um es klar zu sagen, Essen 5 Punkte, Ambiente höchstens 2 Punkte. Die Lage ist wunderbar mit Blick auf das untere Puschlav aber leider bei der Einrichtung am falschen Ort gespart, eher Turnhallen flair. Deshalb lieber zum Essen. Wie üblich haben wir Ravioli als 1. Gang gewählt, sehr zu empfehlen. Danach Tagliata vom Steinbock, perfekt zubereitet. Auf Anfrage hat der Koch uns ein Zabaione zubereitet, traumhaft. Weinkarte eher klein, Typ: Riserva Elisa von Marco Triacca (Achtung dies ist nicht der Schweizer Triacca sondern ein entfernter Verwandter mit Keller in Tresenda di...
