“C’est le ton qui fait la musique” - I can only judge the attitude and courtesy of the staff of this restaurant, because I felt so insulted that I decided to leave. I made efforts to speak French, but the staff wasn’t at all accommodating. I had to approach 3 different people before they told me that we could sit down where we wanted. Once we took place at a table that still wasn’t cleaned up, several waitresses passed avoiding any eye contact and not signalising they would come any time soon to clean. It took about 10 min when finanally someone came, cleaning with a annoyed attitude, not greating. As another more convenient table had cleared, I informed they lady we would move there. That’s when she just threw the menus on table saying very angrily to me: “Donc allez-y”. Dear ladies, I understand that you have a busy restaurant and are under pressure. But good manners, a smile and a hospitable attitude are the least a guest can expect in...

Usually, I don't write negative reviews but this experience was just too disappointing

Nous sommes venus pour le dîner avec ma compagne sans réservation. Après avoir attendue 15 minutes dans le restaurant juste après l'entrée par politesse, aucune personne de l'établissement n'est venue à notre rencontre. (Alors qu'ils nous avaient vu entrée et bien compris que nous souhaitions dîner) Nous avons donc décidé de nous avancer vers le bar afin de demander s'il était possible de diner pour deux personnes.

Aucun bonjour de la part des deux personnes, aucun regard un simple signe de la main pour nous dire que ça n'était pas possible. La seconde personne n'a même pas daigné nous répondre ni nous regarder.

J'espère que leur manière d'être, leur sens du service et leur cuisine sont meilleurs que leur accueil...
