I'm really sorry, being attended to by a tremendous team of incompetents, who besides not accepting a call to attention, also made fun of me and when I tried to speak, they always talked over me, forcing me to have to shut up. I understand that when I go to the cash register to place my order, the employee should focus on what he is doing with me, and nothing else. I understand that he shouldn't like me. I understand that if there are other employees, it is up to them to serve other customers. Frustrating good. This is one of the best Burger King’s that I’ve been to. The place is clean, modern and uses extremely good quality products. The whole kitchen is visible. It’s frustrating because everything is ~5/5 but the drink machine(yes you have to make your own drinks) is always out of everything so 80% of the time you are stuck with water with a slight taste of Coca Cola. I went there tonight, placed an order on the screens just before closing, payed 26 chf for my 3 meals and only received one. When I went back to explain after opening the bags, the lady kept saying in french ( i dont speak) that my husband picked everything up and kitchens had closed. I kept asking to see my order on her screen and explained with google translate and she would mot budge. Too tired and annoyed I just walked away....
