The worst place. I have been a customer of Earlybeck in Gstaad for 7 years. I invited my friend to meet at Chateau d’Oex location where I have been coming almost every morning for months. We were yelled by a staff for 10 minutes for “wrong facts.” It was truly a racial discrimination no one deserved. I asked the staff for her name and the contact information of the owner, but she refused to provide her name and the contact information. She called her supervisor, pre-explained a completely wrong story, handed me a phone and I told her I didn’t need to speak but I wanted to write to the owner to summarize what went wrong because it was important. She forced me to speak with the supervisor she pre-explained a completely wrong story. Very shockingly, the supervisor started yelling at me without letting me explain what happened. When I tried to speak, she said, don’t cut me when I speak to you and she didn’t let me talk. We left the cafe with very negative energy. Earlybeck needs to educate their staff and supervisor in Chateau d’Oex. It was the lowest-end experience and service.
