The worst place. I have been a customer of Earlybeck in Gstaad for 7 years. I invited my friend to meet at Chateau d’Oex location where I have been coming almost every morning for months. We were yelled by a staff for 10 minutes for “wrong facts.” It was truly a racial discrimination no one deserved. I asked the staff for her name and the contact information of the owner, but she refused to provide her name and the contact information. She called her supervisor, pre-explained a completely wrong story, handed me a phone and I told her I didn’t need to speak but I wanted to write to the owner to summarize what went wrong because it was important. When I tried to speak, she said, don’t cut me when I speak to you and she didn’t let me talk. We left the cafe with very negative energy.
