En passant devant la maison de la rue Vers-Croix 6 à Chamoson, je voyais un vieux bâtiment vers lequel je ne pensais jamais m'arrêter. Il y a 4 ans, j'avais besoin d'un renseignement et je suis rentrè dans le vieux restaurant qui se trouve dans cet immeuble pour demander ou se trouvait ce que je cherchais. Avec une grande gentillesse la personne qui se trouvait derrière le comptoir m'a renseigné. Au cours des mois suivants j'ai entendu parlé de ce restaurant et les gens n'arrêtaient pas de faire des éloges pour sa cuisine réputée. Je me suis inscrit pour obtenir le passeport gourmand et j'ai remarqué en le feuilletant que cet établissement s'y trouvait et même dans les coups de coeur. J'ai décidé d'aller manger là pour vérifier l'exactitude des éloges. je peux vous assurer qu'au départ je n'y croyais pas du tout. Maintenant je peux vous assurer que tout ce que j'ai entendu de bien sur ce restaurant est exact et que je le recommanderai à beaucoup de fins gourmets. Moi-même, j'y retournerai volontiers.
