I had higher expectations of this place given the open flame grilling station. The steak was ok but I just don’t understand how it’s acceptable to serve premade beef pattys that taste and have the texture of sausage in a restaurant like this and at this price point. I would expect this from a ski cantine but not from a steakhouse. The sides definitely need some upgrades too….
