Di passaggio in val di Blenio ci siamo fermati per un pranzo veloce e leggero, ordiniamo due calici di prosecco (otttimo), acqua e due insalate, una con i gamberoni, l’altra con il pollo. Quando un cuoco si impegna a comporre bene gli ingredienti delle insalate, impiattarle bene e condirle con una salsa fatta in casa, significa che in cucina c’è qualcuna che ama il suo lavoro e lo sa fare bene! Semplice ma curato, quindi ci siamo detti che torneremo per assaggiare altro, probabilmente in autunno per la stagione della selvaggina. Servizio ottimo e cordiale. Prezzi corretti. Bravi...

Das Gasthaus bietet 7 Zimmer, einfach aber sauber, gross und zweckmässig eingerichtet, mit schallisolierten Fenstern (z.T. zum Fluss, z.T. auf die Strasse). Der neue Hotelier/Wirt (ab 2021) ist ausserordentlich freundlich, hilfbereit und zuvorkommend und die Bewirtung im Restaurant hervorragend. Glutenfrei war absolut kein Problem - die Pizza (sowohl normal als auch glutenfrei) war eine Wucht bezüglich Qualität und Grösse (und preiswert dazu!) - und auch das Lammnierenstück war perfekt gebraten.||Ein idealer Ort, um das Bleiniotal in alle Richtungen...
