When you have known a club for more than 30 years, you forget that the managers might change over time. Since 2023 the ‘3 Vie’ has known a new and innovative management with a culinary philosophy of absolute gastronomic value. The sensory experience starts with a warm welcome from the wait staff (in my case: the maître himself). A well furnished, comfortable and well soundproofed room (for approx. 25-30 persons) welcomes you and invites you to read the menu. It is not because the restaurant is located in a valley that it has to serve local dishes, but it has the right to serve specialities without time or place, taking the best of the recipes from which they are inspired, without plagiarising them. The chef and his team absolutely know their trade and bring to the table dishes with truly interesting and surprising flavours and combinations. You would never expect such dishes in a remote Swiss valley: yet they do, which is why I give the 5 stars, which I grant to very few restaurants that have really impressed me. Ho avuto il piacere di visitare questo ristorante, situato in una posizione semplicemente incantevole. La cucina è di altissima qualità, con una presentazione dei piatti elegante e raffinata. Ogni dettaglio, sia in cucina che nell'interior design, è curato con grande attenzione e gusto. Il personale è estremamente attento, cordiale e sempre disponibile, il che rende l'esperienza ancora più piacevole. L'atmosfera è accogliente, calorosa e moderna, con un'attenzione esemplare alla pulizia. Tutto è impeccabile! Vorrei anche esprimere il mio sostegno ai proprietari del ristorante riguardo alla decisione di non consentire l'ingresso ai cani. Ritengo che questa scelta sia del tutto giustificata per un locale di così alto livello, dove pulizia, igiene e comfort per tutti gli ospiti sono prioritari. Questa attenzione ai dettagli non fa che confermare l'eccellenza e la serietà con cui il ristorante è gestito. Se cercate un luogo dove gusto, bellezza e ospitalità si incontrano, questo ristorante è senza dubbio la scelta perfetta....
