Il Birrificio di Bioggio — Restaurant in Circolo d'Agno

Second time here, and it's still horrible. We waited both times for over 30 minutes to start ordering even if calling for a waiter multiple times. When ordering the drinks, he refused to also take the food order at the same time. Food is.. okay.... People who came way later got their food first, and we didn't even order yet. Pizza was good, but you could see the fries weren't fried enough and already old. Two of us are also working in a restaurant, and this was straight up bad...

Ho festeggiato il compleanno al birrifico. Ne sono uscita delusa. L’ ambiente è molto bello, peccato però per il personale e la relazione prezzo/quantità.

Eravamo in 36 invitati più persone esterne con soltanto 3 camerieri che oltretutto non erano attenti e organizzati. Al bancone i camerieri prendevano gli ordini, davano le bevande e i resti sgarbatamente, alle volte si guardavano in giro prima di chiederti se volessi ordinare causando così grandi attese prime di essere serviti. Alla chiusura eravamo di fuori a salutarci tranquillamente e un cameriere, che forse era anche il responsabile, per tirare su le sedie, oltre a sbatterle sui tavoli ha trussato anche una mia invitata.

Per quanto riguarda il rapporto qualità/prezzo avrei anche da ridire: telefonicamente ci eravamo accordati per un buffet abbondante dal momento che saremmo stati in tanti e che il prezzo sarebbe stato di 20 franchi a persona con bibite escluse, ma mi sono ritrovata con dei taglieri miseri con qualche stuzzichino e affettato (dicendomi pure che gli affettati me li aveva messi lui gratuitamente, per un totale di 200gr di affettati). NON È POSSIBILE CHE UN BUFFET MISERO COSTI PIÙ DI UNA CENA. Il tutto senza nessun tipo di servizio da parte dei camerieri se non quello di portare il tagliere...

Ho chiamato il birrificio per più di un'ora per ordinare una pizza da asporto! Nessuno ha risposto e sembrava che avessero bloccato il numero. Poi ho cambiato il finale da 33 a 34 e finalmente sono riuscito a parlare con qualcuno. Servizio pessimo!

Quando ho ritirato la pizza mi è stato detto che il prezzo era del 35% più alto rispetto a quello mostrato sul menu qui su Google (sorpresa, il menu che hanno qui su Google è obsoleto). Ho basato le mie scelte sul menu che vedo su Google perché è quello che conosco e che ho visto l'ultima volta. Il loro aumento di prezzo è esagerato!! Terribile!!

Andate altrove a prendere una pizza o qualsiasi altra cosa, davvero! —— I called the birrificio for over 1 hour to order a take away pizza! None responded and sounded like they blocked the number. I then switched the ending from 33 to 34 and finally managed to have someone on the phone. Terrible service!

When picking up the pizza I am told the price is 35% more expensive than what is show on the menu here in google ( surprise the menu they have here in google is outdated). I based my choices on the menu I see in google as it s the menu I am familiar with and last saw. Their price increase ski rocked!! Terrible!!

Go somewhere else to get a pizza or...
