The best meal I have had in a long time! My husband & I were celebrating our long over due 10 year wedding anniversary, so it was very special for us!

We tried nearly every dish on the menu, and I can honestly say that each and every dish was a taste sensation! Even when you thought some element might be strange, like the 'Mustard Ice Cream' on the Carpaccio starter, it was actually a revelation, and something I would eat again and again. The strawberry & cucumber gazpacho was the perfect palate cleanser, & I am still dreaming of the Romesco sauce & perfectly cooked eggplant on my Beef Onglet main course.

To top it off, we were blessed with wonderfully warm & knowledgeable service out on the terrace. We enjoyed an incredible bottle of Aligote from Burgundy, followed by the most delicious Muscat to accompany our desserts.

Our evening at Osteria Bisnona stood out amongst many meals we had during our 2024 travels in Switzerland. The relaxing but refined ambience; the focus on local and seasonal foods, delightfully prepared and presented; and the quality of both the food and the service, made for an evening to remember. We could see and taste the care and thought that went into each dish - for us: the Bisnona salad, onglet of beef with courgette, tagliatelle with venison, and a delicious elderflower-based dessert.
