Pizzeria Trattoria Branca — Restaurant in Circolo del Gambarogno

Very good food, the pizzas taste great. Very thin crust, a lot of tomato sauce, but with a good taste. The interior of the restaurant looks nice, the outside terrace (towards the lake) lacks charme. The service from the lady was rather cold, not very welcoming. But we had a great chat with the owner which made up for this. When we came back to the restaurant a few days later, the staff seemed to be in a very stressful situation, shouting at each other. And the same service was ignoring us and our requests for several minutes. It's a bummer because with a better service, the restaurant would have easily received 5 stars. We visited Pizza Calzone & Lasagne and were a bit disappointed. The calzone lacked filling and cheese, and the lasagne was dry and cold. Zwei Pizzen zum Abholen bestellt. Bei Ankunft zum Abholen, wusste keiner Bescheid. Das Telefon ist auf extern umgeleitet um Bestellungen aufzunehmen. Diese externe Person hat die Bestellung nicht an das Restaurant übermittelt. Schon dazu fehlten mir die Worte. Gänzlich weg jedoch blieben mir die Worte beim Anblick der Pizzen. Das möge jeder selbst beurteilen. Kleine Anmerkung: bei diesen zwei undefinierbaren Teigkörpern soll es sich um eine Pizza Napoli und eine Pizza Mascarpone mit Rucola handeln. Der Rucola war übrigens Petersilie. Das so etwas überhaupt das Haus verlässt sagt schon alles über den Zustand dieser Pizzeria aus.
