If you guys are looking for good vibes, good music and good drinks, Bar Battello is the right place! Friendly staff, fast service and comfy sofa to enjoy the cocktails (with a fab view on the lake!) If you're hungry I recommend to share a Focaccia with your friends while drinking (it costs only 8chf!) For sure when in Ascona, I'll come back for a whisky sour...

Die Bar, in der ich den Long Island Ice Tea getrunken habe, hat mich äußerst enttäuscht. Zunächst einmal war der Cocktail viel zu schwach, es war kaum Alkohol zu schmecken. Das ist besonders enttäuschend, wenn man bedenkt, dass der Long Island Ice Tea eigentlich für seine starke Mischung bekannt ist.

Darüber hinaus war der Geschmack von Zitrone viel zu dominant. Normalerweise sollte der Cocktail eine ausgewogene Mischung aus verschiedenen Spirituosen haben, die durch den Zitrusgeschmack der Limette ergänzt werden. Stattdessen war der Zitronengeschmack so stark, dass er den gesamten Cocktail dominierte und den subtilen Geschmack der anderen Zutaten komplett überdeckte.

Insgesamt war meine Erfahrung in dieser Bar enttäuschend. Ich kann leider nicht empfehlen, den Long Island Ice Tea in dieser Bar zu bestellen. Für einen Cocktail mit so viel Potenzial war die Umsetzung einfach nicht gelungen. Ich hoffe, dass die Bar ihr Rezept überdenkt und sicherstellt, dass zukünftige Cocktails den Erwartungen ihrer Gäste...
