Caesar's Restaurant & Lounge — Restaurant in Circolo dell'Isole

For more than 18 months we have been looking at the hotel from our balcony saying we must go and try the restaurant. Finally we did and what a revelation. Just five minutes walk and we were seated at the poolside restaurant. The warm and friendly greeting was just the start.. then I opened the menu and knew instantly that we were foolish to leave a visit too long. A wonderful menu featuring the freshest of ingredients, imaginatively prepared and beautifully presented. The friendly and efficient service oiled the wheels of a smooth and thoroughly enjoyable experience. Even our dog was welcome. We will return soon... we have to make up...

Ho avuto il piacere di cenare per ben due volte al Caesar’s Restaurant di Brissago, a bordo piscina, insieme a un’amica e a mio figlio, e l’esperienza è stata a dir poco eccezionale.

Le portate sono state tutte curatissime e preparate con ingredienti di ottima qualità, con un rapporto qualità-prezzo davvero convincente. Ogni piatto era una delizia per gli occhi e per il palato, frutto del talento dello chef Fabio Bottini e della sua straordinaria ciurma, a cui vanno i miei più sinceri complimenti per la passione e l’attenzione ai dettagli.

L’ambiente a bordo piscina, elegante e rilassante, ha reso le serate ancora più speciali. Il personale è magnifico, sempre gentile, disponibile e professionale.

Un ringraziamento particolare a Christian per i suoi fantastici cocktail, assolutamente da provare, e a Oliver per i preziosi consigli su vini e birre da abbinare alle pietanze scelte: la sua passione e competenza fanno davvero la differenza.

Consiglio vivamente questo ristorante a chiunque desideri una cucina di alto livello in una cornice incantevole. Torneremo...
