Ristorante Pizzeria Gabietta — Restaurant in Circolo dell'Isole

For starters, the location and views cannot be beat. The atmosphere is incredibly open and friendly and it feels like everybody is a regular. We were seated without a reservation despite very high demand. Service was attentive and friendly and food was delicious. My pizza was fantastic and pasta was also terrific. The best part of the evening was when a thunderstorm rolled through. Everybody scrambled to get inside and stay dry, and it became like a big party! The staff ran everywhere to accommodate and transfer tables, always with a smile. We stood inside and had a glass of wine until the storm passed, were reseated and enjoyed a wonderful dessert. A few evenings ago we decided to go to the Restaurant for a Cappuccino. Upon asking the waiter for a seat, we were already rudely told that we can just go sit anywhere and he will come serve us when he has time. My mom does not speak German, and the waiter was even ruder when she tried to speak English.

I spoke German with the Waiter and when I asked for the bill so we could pay, he rudely just said nine. I then repeated that I would like the bill receipt and then he just said CHF 9.00.

We really enjoyed the atmosphere and Cappuccino but the waiter completely ruined...

Came here for dinner after searching google for a diner in brissago. We were pleasentry surpriced by the location, atmospehere, and friendliness of the staff. The food was excellent and service was on point. Only feedback we would give is that the server forgot to ask how we like our stake done, they were a bit too eager to pick up our plates, and the plastic cover next to our table made the view a bit less appealing.
