Es ist erst wenige Tage her dass ich mir vornahm nie wieder Pizza auswärts, nur noch selbst gemachte. Der Heisshunger hat uns in die Trattorian La Traverna geführt. Damit es schnell geht halt doch wieder Pizza. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und schnell und auch die Pizza war schnell da. Was soll ich sagen...so schnell gehts, ich kann mich nicht erinnern je eine so gute Pizza in einem Restaurant gegessen zu haben. Der Teig war von Rand bis mitte knusprig und schön dünn (kein Säbeln wie an anderen Orten bis man mal den Rand durch kriegt) der Belag üppig und geschmacklich abgestimmt. Ein Lob an den Koch!
