We wanted to stay one night in the region and came across this hotel on the Booking.com site. We reviewed, as one does, the rooms and conditions etc. and were won over with the photo of a nice room stating that it had internet and a TV - but alas once there, we were shown to a little room in the cellar region of the hotel that was no more than 12 sq. meter - just room enough to squeeze around the side of the bed. No need to say that there was no internet and no TV. I shall not describe the tiny shower area - I'll leave that to your imagination. We complained at the bar to the same older lady, that did not speak German or English, in our broken Italian, that the room was tiny, but she only shrugged her shoulders at us. On the subject of the TV and internet, she abruptly pointed over her shoulder to the TV behind the bar. We did not stay and left the building. ||We travelled up the mountain to a B&B that we liked in Cavagnavo, Bertazzi. Please see my review on this...
