While this is a nice looking restaurant and hotel from the outside, our experience Saturday demonstrated that looks can be deceiving. Myself and my wife ate lunch here but my lunch never arrived. It was just a burger that I ordered so I don't know how difficult it was to make. The waiter told us three times that the food was on the way but after over an hour of waiting I got fed up and just left. Rather than offering my wife's meal for free, the extremely rude and arrogant waiter insisted that we pay for our drinks and my wife's meal. We almost got into a fight as the waiter was also very aggressive and my wife paid despite my insistence that we shouldn't pay a single rappen. We were not the only people who had to wait an excessive amount of time. The charming manager at the front reminded me of one of the touts at brick lane in London and was not interested to hear that the restaurant could not cope with the capacity and continued to show new customers in while those sitting at the table were left waiting... There are a multitude of restaurants on the pistes in Parsenn and I think I'll avoid this...

This is such a disappointment! Please bring it back to what it was! loungy music, grilled chicken, pizzas, burgers and salads, friendly staff and champagne flowing. It just does not work... Do NOT go there unless you are looking...
